Brandon Lee Salas, 35, of Lyerly, was arrested this week following an assault at a residence on Blacks Bluff Road. Authorities report that Salas attacked a woman, fracturing her left arm during the incident.
Further investigation revealed that Salas was also a fugitive wanted on a separate charge in Alabama.
He now faces multiple charges, including aggravated battery, fugitive from justice, and probation violation. Law enforcement confirmed he is in custody pending further proceedings.
