PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) – A Greenville man is facing multiple felony charges after a narcotics investigation led deputies to search two residences on Slauter Street, where illegal drugs and firearms were discovered.
On September 10, the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office executed search warrants at 927 and 935 Slauter St. in Greenville as part of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics.
During the search, deputies seized six firearms, including at least one that was reported stolen.
Brandon Langley Tyson, 36, of Greenville, was arrested and is facing the following charges:
Level 1 Trafficking in Cocaine
Felony Possession with Intent to Sell/Deliver (PWISD) Cocaine
Felony PWISD Marijuana
Felony Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances
Possession of a Stolen Firearm
Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Tyson was booked into the Pitt County Detention Center and is being held without bond.
The sheriff’s office confirmed that the investigation remains active and more charges may follow.
