TULIA, Texas – Two suspects have been arrested in Tulia following a police search that uncovered stolen property valued at over $10,000, a firearm, and marijuana.
On Wednesday, April 9 around 11 a.m., officers from the Tulia Police Department, Swisher County Sheriff’s Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division executed a search warrant near North Armstrong Avenue.
During the search, authorities recovered a stolen vehicle originally reported from Amarillo, a small quantity of marijuana, and a firearm. Police also discovered fraudulent identification documents.
Brandon Harris and Breeza Pando were arrested and booked into the Swisher County Jail. They face multiple charges, including:
Theft of property valued between $2,500 and $30,000
Possession of marijuana under 2 ounces
Fraudulent possession of identifying information
Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
Tulia Police say the investigation remains ongoing and could lead to further arrests in other jurisdictions.
