LAUDERDALE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A man from Killen is facing multiple drug charges following a major bust by law enforcement in the Cloverdale area of Lauderdale County.
On Wednesday, the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force, assisted by the Florence/Lauderdale Special Operations Team, executed a search warrant at a residence on County Road 283.
According to the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office, the search was prompted by reports of drug trafficking activity linked to the home’s resident.
During the search, authorities uncovered approximately 5 grams of fentanyl and 4 grams of methamphetamine, along with drug paraphernalia used in the distribution of narcotics.
The suspect, Bradley Kevin Bruce, 37, of Killen, Alabama, was arrested at the scene and is now facing the following charges:
Trafficking in Fentanyl
Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Multiple agencies assisted with the operation, including the Florence Police Department, Lauderdale County District Attorney’s Office, and the Special Operations Team.
The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue efforts to disrupt drug trafficking in the region.
