Hall County, Georgia (WOIO) – A 48-year-old man, Bradley Nelson Hinchliffe, was arrested Wednesday night after deputies pulled him over for aggressive driving, only to find he was under the influence and in possession of illegal substances.

According to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), at approximately 10 p.m., deputies observed Hinchliffe revving his motorcycle’s engine, failing to maintain his lane, and speeding—going 70 mph in a 35 mph zone—on Queen City Parkway.

After pulling Hinchliffe over, deputies noticed signs of impairment, which led to a DUI charge. A subsequent search of his belongings uncovered two THC vape cartridges, several Schedule I pills (including oxycodone), less than an ounce of marijuana, and a glass smoking device. Deputies also found a handgun in his possession.

Hinchliffe was arrested and booked into the Hall County Jail, facing several charges, including felony counts for possession of THC and oxycodone, along with a variety of misdemeanors for aggressive driving, DUI, and drug-related offenses.

He is currently being held without bond at Hall County Jail.
