A woman from Caulfield, Missouri, was charged with first-degree drug trafficking after being arrested by Howell County Sheriff’s Office.
Bobbie Fisher, 39, was stopped around 6:20 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12, on U.S. Highway 60. Deputies obtained a search warrant for her vehicle following a months-long investigation that indicated she had been returning from restocking methamphetamine for distribution in the West Plains area.
Court records say deputies noticed abnormalities in Fisher’s clothing and asked if she was concealing any illegal items. She denied it. A vehicle search revealed a syringe, and she was taken into custody. Fisher initially refused a body scan at the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, prompting authorities to obtain a secondary warrant, after which she admitted to having narcotics on her.
During the search, deputies found a ziploc bag and four black bags suspected of containing methamphetamine, along with a hypodermic syringe. The total weight of the drugs was approximately 294.8 grams.
The probable cause statement also notes Fisher faces a pending second-degree drug trafficking charge from 2025. Her bond is set at $250,000, payable in cash or corporate surety.
