A shocking crime has come to light in Dhanbad, where a railway employee, Birbal, was allegedly killed by his own children and his daughter’s boyfriend. The incident, reportedly fueled by Birbal’s habitual drinking and abusive behavior, has left the local community stunned.
Police first discovered Birbal’s body near Pampu Talab and registered an unnatural death case. However, a post-mortem report later confirmed strangulation as the cause of death, prompting authorities to treat the case as a murder investigation.
Acting swiftly, law enforcement apprehended Rohit Kumar (son), Ritu Kumari (daughter), and her boyfriend Fardin Khan, all of whom have confessed to the crime. According to police statements, the trio lured Birbal to Pampu Talab, intoxicated him, and strangled him using a muffler.
