Banderdewa Police Arrest Jubber Ali & Faridul Islam

Stolen Motorcycle Recovered in Harmutti, Assam

Police have arrested two individuals from Arunachal Pradesh’s Banderdewa for the theft of a motorcycle and recovered the stolen vehicle.

The incident occurred between 9 pm and 10 pm on Thursday, according to Naharlagun SDPO Rishi Longdo. Acting on an FIR, a case was registered at Banderdewa Police Station under Section 303 (2) BNS.

Police traced the stolen motorcycle to Harmutti, Assam. A team led by Banderdewa PS officer-in-charge Inspector Kipa Hamak intercepted Jubber Ali, 27, and Faridul Islam, 28, at Basbari, Harmutti, while they were attempting to flee on the stolen motorcycle along with another two-wheeler.

The suspects were arrested on the spot, and the stolen motorcycle was recovered. Investigations are ongoing to determine if the accused are involved in other thefts.
