Balwindar Singh Arrested for Selling Intoxicating Tablets

53 Tablets Seized, NDPS Case Registered in Nakodar

Nakodar police have arrested two individuals for allegedly selling intoxicating tablets in separate operations.

The first accused, Balwindar Singh, also known as Brand, a resident of Malliankhurd village, was caught in possession of 53 tablets. A case has been registered against him under Sections 22, 61, and 85 of the NDPS Act.

In a related operation, police apprehended Parmindar of Padda Colony, Lohian, with 50 intoxicating tablets. Both accused are now in custody, and further investigations are underway to trace the supply network behind the seized contraband.

Authorities have reiterated their commitment to curbing drug peddling and warned residents to report any suspicious activity.
