PULASKI COUNTY, KY — A man accused of killing his father and grandfather in 2023 is scheduled to change his plea in court.
Austin Prather faces charges in the deaths of his father, Ardyth “Trae” Prather III, and his grandfather, Ardyth “Ray” Prather Jr. He is also accused of shooting his grandmother during the same incident.
According to court documents, a judge has scheduled a plea change hearing for Tuesday following reports that a plea agreement has been reached in the case.
