Ashik Kumar and Six Held for Bengaluru ‘Suitcase Murder’

Unidentified girl’s body found; seven arrested from Bihar

The Suryanagar police have arrested seven individuals from Bihar in connection with the gruesome discovery of an unidentified girl’s body in a blue suitcase near the Chandapur railway bridge in Anekal taluk.

The accused have been identified as:

Ashik Kumar (42)

Mukesh Rajavanshi (35) and his wife Indumati (32)

Rajaram Kumar (18)

Kalu Kumar (18)

Pintu Kumar (19)

And a minor boy

Authorities confirmed all seven hail from Nawada district, Bihar. The case came to light after commuters found the suitcase beside the railway bridge. Suryanagar police swiftly coordinated an investigation, leading to their arrest in Bihar and their transfer to Bengaluru for further interrogation.
