Arrington Hotoph and Tori Web-Carter Arrested for Vehicle Theft in George County

Pair Arrested After Police Pursuit in Connection with Stolen Vehicle

GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. — A man and woman were arrested in George County in connection with a stolen vehicle out of Jackson County, according to Mississippi Crime Stoppers.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office had been searching for 24-year-old Arrington Blane Hotoph, who was wanted on felony fleeing and motor vehicle theft charges. Authorities also arrested Tori Web-Carter, who is accused of interfering with police duties during the investigation.

Hotoph and Web-Carter were located and arrested at a residence in George County, officials said.
