BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — Antonio King has been sentenced to life in prison plus 35 years for a 2024 double shooting in Harlem Park that left one man dead and another critically injured.
The Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office announced the sentencing, which stems from the November 18, 2024 incident in the 1900 block of Edmondson Avenue. Around 9:10 a.m., police responded to a Shot Spotter alert and found Marcus Holloway and another man suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to Shock Trauma, where Holloway was pronounced dead. The second victim survived after emergency surgery.
Investigators reviewed CCTV footage showing King arguing with the victims shortly before the attack. The video captured King walking to the passenger side of a Black GMC SUV, retrieving an item, returning, and shooting both victims at point-blank range before fleeing.
Additional surveillance footage from a nearby liquor store recorded King arriving in the SUV about an hour earlier. The images clearly showed his face, clothing, and the vehicle’s license plate, which traced back to King’s residence.
Detectives later found the SUV parked outside his home. While surveilling the property, officers saw King return wearing the same outfit seen on video. A witness subsequently identified him as the shooter.
King was taken into custody and has now received a life sentence for the deadly attack.
