Anthony Solomon Arrested in Boca Raton Retail Fraud Case

PBSO alleges theft conspiracy involving $3,000 in merchandise

BOCA RATON, Fla. — January 13, 2026 — A Boca Raton man was arrested Wednesday morning on multiple charges related to retail theft and fraud, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said Anthony Pernelllashawn Solomon was taken into custody at approximately 10:18 a.m. in connection with an alleged retail theft scheme involving merchandise valued at more than $3,000. The arrest is documented under PBSO report number 524351.

Investigators allege Solomon conspired with at least one other individual to steal retail goods and coordinated the activity as part of an organized effort. He is also accused of attempting to defraud property valued at $300 or more.

The charges include retail theft conspiracy, fraud-swindle, and coordinating theft with another person.

The sheriff’s office did not release Solomon’s date of birth, details about any prior criminal history, or information regarding future court appearances.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office continues to encourage businesses and residents to report suspicious activity in an effort to prevent retail theft and fraud throughout the community.
