A 34-year-old man named Anon has been arrested in Kalasin province after allegations surfaced that he abused his 4-year-old stepdaughter, known as Bee, in front of her mother. The mother, fearing harm from Anon, was reportedly unable to intervene.
The abuse came to light when Bee’s grandmother noticed suspicious injuries while bathing the child and observed signs of distress. Despite Bee initially refusing to speak, her unusual behavior—such as licking her grandmother—prompted further questioning, during which Bee revealed that her stepfather was the abuser.
Following the grandmother’s report to the police on June 15, investigators secured a warrant from the Min Buri Criminal Court dated June 4, leading to Anon’s arrest by Police Colonel Kukong Disawat and his team.
Anon denies the charges. The case remains under investigation by Min Buri police.
