LENS FALLS — Angela M. Bullard, 43, of Glens Falls, was arrested this week on charges related to the alleged theft of an ankle monitoring device last summer. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office announced her arrest on Thursday, charging her with one count of fourth-degree grand larceny, a Class E felony.
The arrest followed an investigation into the missing ankle monitor, which had been reported by the Washington County Department of Alternative Sentencing. According to authorities, Bullard removed the device through unauthorized means and failed to return it to Alternative Sentencing last June. The ankle monitor, which is valued at $3,850, was never recovered.
Bullard is scheduled to appear in Fort Edward Town Court at a later date. Currently, she is incarcerated and under the supervision of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) for an unrelated case. Bullard was convicted in November 2024 of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
