ALLIANCE, Neb. (KOLN) — A 25-year-old man from Alliance, Nebraska, was arrested Monday following allegations of child sexual assault.
The Alliance Police Department launched a joint investigation with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) after receiving reports on Saturday about suspected abuse involving multiple children.
Through forensic interviews and investigative work, authorities identified probable cause to issue three arrest warrants related to third-degree sexual assault of a child.
TooFeathers Bueno was taken into custody without incident and is currently held at Box Butte County Jail on a $10,000 bond. During the investigation, Bueno voluntarily consented to a search of his cell phone, which will be forensically examined by police as the case continues.
The investigation is ongoing.
