EAGLE SPRINGS, N.C. — An Eagle Springs man was arrested following the discovery of suspected cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, marijuana, firearms, and over $3,000 in cash, according to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives executed a search warrant on September 18 at a residence in the 100 block of Eaglewood Lane, leading to the arrest of Allen Martin, 38.
Martin faces numerous charges, including:
Trafficking in opium or heroin by possession
Possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule II controlled substances
Felony possession of Schedule II controlled substances
Possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine
Felony possession of cocaine
Trafficking in methamphetamine by possession
Possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine
Possession of methamphetamine
Manufacture of marijuana
Possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana
Felony possession of marijuana
Maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Martin is currently held at the Moore County Detention Center on a $170,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on October 2.
Authorities remind the public that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
