Manhattan, KS — An 83-year-old Manhattan man, Allen Frazier, was arrested Tuesday and faces multiple serious charges including assault and child endangerment, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Frazier is charged with five counts of aggravated assault, one count of interference with a law enforcement officer, and one count of aggravated child endangerment. These charges stem from an incident that occurred on Monday.
Reported victims include a 61-year-old woman, two 34-year-old men, a 53-year-old woman, a 30-year-old woman, a 36-year-old man, and a 3-month-old infant.
Frazier remains in custody with bond set at $30,000.
