Alexander Mattys, 27, from Lake Park, Florida, was arrested on March 26 after a joint operation by the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department (PBGPD), Jupiter Police Department, and Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office targeted a home on Evergreen Drive for drug trafficking.
Surveillance footage shows Mattys arriving at the house in a suburban and exiting shortly after while allegedly concealing a white container in his pocket. He then drove south on 5th Street before parking at a nearby Panera Bread restaurant. Surveillance agents observed Mattys accompanied by a young child, estimated to be between four and six years old.
This arrest occurred on the same day Mattys’ roommate was apprehended in connection with drug trafficking activities. The investigation remains ongoing.
