BATH, N.Y. (WETM) — A Bath man has been arrested following a reported domestic incident that occurred at his residence earlier this week.
According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, 31-year-old Alexander R. Hulfish was taken into custody on August 19 after an incident at his home on Brookwood Estate.
Hulfish faces multiple charges, including:
Unlawful imprisonment in the second degree
Criminal mischief in the fourth degree
Endangering the welfare of a child
Authorities allege that Hulfish restrained another individual and prevented them from calling 911 during the altercation. A child was reportedly present during the incident.
Hulfish was processed in court on the charges and later released.
