ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. — A Baltimore woman is facing multiple charges for allegedly stealing over $16,000 from various banks in Adams County, in what investigators believe is connected to Felony Lane Gang activity.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Aireyonna Galicia, 31, has been charged with six felony counts of forgery, one count of identity theft, one count of theft by deception, and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property. The charges were officially filed on Monday, July 14, 2025.
As of July 21, Galicia had not yet been taken into custody and had not been arraigned, according to publicly available court records.
Investigators suspect that Galicia was acting as part of the “Felony Lane Gang”, a national network of organized crime groups known for burglary and identity theft. According to the FBI and the Department of Justice, the group targets parked vehicles, stealing purses, IDs, checkbooks, and bank cards. They then recruit others to impersonate victims and cash fraudulent checks.
Authorities continue to investigate the scope of Galicia’s alleged involvement and whether others may be connected.
