MANHATTAN, Kan. — A Manhattan man is facing multiple charges in connection with thefts from two local businesses, authorities said.
Adam Rundell, 43, was arrested Friday by the Riley County Police Department. He faces charges of theft of property, theft by deception, and making false information. Police allege Rundell was involved in two thefts on April 21 at Central Mechanical Construction and Howie’s Recycling.
In addition to the recent charges, court records show Rundell was previously arrested on April 19. That case includes allegations of possession of methamphetamine, theft, and criminal trespass.
Rundell is currently being held in jail on a $5,000 bond as both investigations proceed.
