WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have arrested an Ethiopian man, Abraham Berhanu Taddasse, who was convicted of rape in Takoma Park, Maryland.
Taddasse was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the rape conviction and is also facing multiple additional charges, including first- and second-degree rape, assault, and indecent exposure, according to ICE officials.
