Abel Polo Ambriz Arrested for Sexual Misconduct in Fultondale
FULTONDALE, Ala. (WBRC) – A Gardendale man has been arrested following a sexual misconduct investigation by Fultondale Police.
On May 16, two women reported being inappropriately touched at a business in Fultondale. Authorities have not disclosed the name or location of the business involved.
Following an investigation, police identified the suspect as 44-year-old Abel Polo Ambriz. He was taken into custody on June 3 and formally charged with sexual misconduct.
The case remains under investigation, and no additional details have been released at this time.
