The arrested individual, Abdul Kader, is the son of Md. Basir Uddin and resides in Sawkuchi, Joy Ram Medhi Path, under Basistha Police Station in Kamrup (M) district. His permanent address is listed as Vedlo (Udarshor) village in Dhubri district.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine any potential links to larger drug networks operating in the region. This raid highlights the efforts of law enforcement to curb the growing issue of drug trafficking in Assam.
