DODGE COUNTY, Wis. — A 19-year-old man from Waupun, Aaron Montes, was arrested for cocaine possession after a traffic stop in Dodge County on Tuesday, April 22.
According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, Montes was pulled over for multiple traffic violations. During the stop, officers found him in possession of cocaine. He was subsequently arrested and charged with several offenses, including possession of cocaine, operating while under the influence, and operating with a restricted controlled substance.
Later that afternoon, investigators executed a search warrant at an address in the town of Chester linked to Montes. The search led to the seizure of additional illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, and drug-related currency.
The following criminal charges have been requested for Montes through the Dodge County District Attorney’s Office:
Multiple counts of Delivery of Cocaine
Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place
Multiple counts of Bail Jumping
Possession of Cocaine
Possession of THC
