Aaron Goodwin’s Wife, Victoria, Accused of Murder Plot

Allegedly Conspired With Inmate to Kill Ghost Adventures Star

by Amelia Crawford

Victoria Goodwin, the wife of Ghost Adventures host Aaron Goodwin, has been arrested for allegedly plotting to murder her husband in a scheme involving an inmate at a Florida prison, authorities said.

The 32-year-old was taken into custody on March 6 in Clark County, Nevada, on charges of Solicitation to Commit Murder and Murder Conspiracy. She remains in custody on $100,000 bail and is scheduled for her first court appearance on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.

According to police documents reviewed by TMZ, Victoria attempted to hire a hitman to kill 48-year-old Aaron Goodwin while he was filming his paranormal investigation show in October 2024.

Murder Plot Uncovered
Authorities say Victoria conspired with an inmate, exchanging text messages in which she discussed her desire to “end his existence” instead of seeking a divorce. She reportedly shared Aaron’s filming schedule and location and agreed to pay $11,515 for the murder.

Prison officials discovered the plot when they searched the inmate’s phone. Texts revealed Victoria had committed to an initial payment of $2,500. One message from the inmate to an associate read:
“He’s asleep right now in the hotel room … I need to know what’s going on. Can I get an update? Was it done?”

A Twisted Love Story
Adding to the eerie circumstances, Aaron and Victoria were married at Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion in August 2022. The murder plot allegedly unfolded while Aaron was filming with fellow paranormal investigator Zak Bagans.

Authorities continue to investigate, while Victoria remains in custody awaiting further legal proceedings.
