GRADY COUNTY, Okla. — A man was arrested Tuesday on drug trafficking charges following a traffic stop in Grady County, according to the Grady County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they stopped a vehicle and discovered approximately 39 grams of methamphetamine along with other evidence consistent with drug trafficking.
The driver, identified as Dustin Bartgis, was taken into custody and booked into the Grady County Jail. He faces charges of trafficking a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without a license.
The investigation remains under the jurisdiction of the Grady County Sheriff’s Office.
