Three Arrested in Torrington Armed Robberies

Marshall, Pray, Trivaudey Charged in Gas Station Heists

TORRINGTON, Conn. — Three people were arrested Friday in connection with armed robberies in Torrington, police said.

Emily Marshall, 45, Brandon Pray, 45, and Wayne Trivaudey, 37, were charged in connection with an alleged armed robbery at a Valero gas station on South Main Street on November 2.

During a search and seizure at a building on New Litchfield Street, Marshall was arrested for interfering with a search warrant, while Pray was apprehended at the same location and found to have an outstanding warrant for operating with a suspended license. Police recovered items related to the armed robberies during the search.

Pray and Marshall were held on $50,000 bonds. Arrest warrants were also issued for Pray and Trivaudey regarding the Valero robbery. Trivaudey was later located near Lewis Street and New Litchfield Street and taken into custody after fleeing and a K-9 and drone search.

Both Pray and Trivaudey face multiple charges, including first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, larceny, threatening, criminal use of a firearm, and breach of peace. They were held on $250,000 bond, with Trivaudey facing an additional $50,000 bond for interfering with police and drug paraphernalia possession.

Police indicated additional arrests are expected related to armed robberies at Gasway on North Elm Street on November 5 and the Shell gas station on Main Street on November 6.
