WARRINGTON, Pa. — A Philadelphia man has been charged in connection with two alleged retail thefts at the Walmart store located at 299 Valley Gate Drive in Warrington Township.

According to police, 34-year-old Thomas Alexander Carrington entered the store on September 25, 2025, and allegedly scanned a lower-priced item at self-checkout before leaving with $702.54 worth of unpaid merchandise.

Investigators say Carrington is also accused of a similar theft on September 3, 2025, when he reportedly took $99.88 worth of goods without paying.

Carrington was arrested on October 2, 2025, in Hatfield and taken to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. He was arraigned before Judge Wertman, who set bail at $50,000 or 10% cash.

He now faces charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
