FAIRFAX, Va. (7News) — Three men have been arrested in connection with a burglary at a residence in Kingstowne, Virginia, according to police.

Nicolay Cubillos Pacheco, 29, Saul Gudalupe Gonzalez, 38, both without fixed addresses, and Heller Roncancio Espita, 27, from Florida, were taken into custody after allegedly stealing items valued between $20,000 and $30,000.

The burglary occurred around 3 p.m. on Wednesday at a home on the 6500 block of Kelsey Point Circle. Police said the front door was unlocked when the homeowner returned, and the house was ransacked. A vehicle linked to the suspects was later located on Gary Avenue in Alexandria, where some stolen property was recovered.

Fairfax County Police found tools often associated with organized burglary crews, including a license plate flipping device, cell phones, Wi-Fi jammers used to disable security cameras, window punches, and other burglary tools.

Authorities believe the men may be involved in similar burglary attempts in other states. The suspects are currently held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and face charges of statutory burglary, grand larceny, possession of stolen property with intent to sell, and possession of burglary tools.

Police advise residents to hardwire security cameras to avoid signal interference, keep doors and windows locked, install motion-activated lights and alarms, and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement.
