Visakhapatnam police have cracked a high-profile jewellery theft case by arresting JG Nee, a marketing executive at Krish Diamonds and Jewellery. Authorities recovered stolen gold valued at Rs1.29 crore that Nee allegedly diverted by abusing his work privileges.
Police Commissioner Shankhabrata Bagchi explained that Nee took the ornaments under the guise of marketing and showcasing them to retailers but failed to return the items. After a formal complaint by the company, Dwarka Police Station launched an investigation that led to Nee’s arrest and the recovery of the missing jewellery.
