PUEBLO, Colo. — Kevin Dixon was arrested early Friday morning in connection with burglaries and property damage at The Downtown Bar, according to the Pueblo Police Department.
Officers responded to two burglaries reported at the bar on July 9 and July 11. Surveillance footage helped identify Dixon as the suspect. When police checked his name, they found he had two outstanding warrants for fugitive of justice and failure to appear related to trespassing and littering charges.
Dixon was initially booked on those warrants and released on a personal recognizance bond within hours. Police later secured new warrants for the burglary and criminal mischief incidents.
At around 2:30 a.m. Friday, officers located Dixon on East Abriendo Avenue and arrested him again. He now faces two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of criminal mischief, with bail set at $5,000 cash only. Dixon is currently held at the Pueblo County Detention Center.
