SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — Police arrested 51-year-old Susan Dann of Moravia Thursday night following a year-long theft investigation.
Dann was taken into custody at approximately 7:20 p.m. on an arrest warrant linked to multiple theft incidents at a local business dating back to January 2024.
She faces two counts of petit larceny, both class A misdemeanors, as well as a class E felony charge for falsifying business records in the first degree.
After being processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department, Dann was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she remains pending arraignment.
