LEITCHFIELD, Ky. – Five individuals were arrested in Bowling Green this week, including a man suspected in the burglary of firearms from a Leitchfield pawn shop, according to local authorities.

Bowling Green Police say they apprehended 28-year-old Dwane Holschuh after being contacted by Lowe’s Asset Protection on Tuesday. Holschuh had allegedly stolen six items from Lowe’s on April 5 and later attempted to sell them via Facebook Marketplace, using his own profile.

Video footage linked a vehicle in the Marketplace listing to one seen leaving Lowe’s during the theft. Holschuh was taken into custody for theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting (between $1,000 and $10,000) and on outstanding warrants.

Further investigation revealed Holschuh was traveling with four others, all of whom were also arrested:

Robert Petrie was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Powell faces multiple felony charges including trafficking in methamphetamine (over 2 grams), possession of a handgun as a convicted felon, possession of a defaced firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyler Rasner was arrested on a bench warrant.

McKenzie Cooper-King was taken into custody on multiple active warrants.

According to WNKY News 40 and media partner K105, law enforcement officials confirmed Holschuh is also wanted by the Leitchfield Police Department for a burglary at A-Z Pawn Shop and Recycling on April 14. He may face state and federal charges related to the theft of firearms during that incident.
