A Hillsborough County grand jury has recently indicted multiple individuals on various charges, including drug offenses, theft, robbery, and habitual offender violations in New Hampshire.
Key Indictments:
Ahmed Abukar, 28, of Manchester, was indicted on felony charges of robbery, fentanyl possession, and falsifying physical evidence. He allegedly used physical force to steal an electric scooter and later concealed it in a tent to obstruct an investigation on Sept. 29, 2024.
James Albert, 41, of Manchester, was charged with felony forgery and attempted theft by deception. He was accused of issuing a fraudulent check for $2,336 from the account of Bedford Design Consultants Inc. on Oct. 3, 2024, in Nashua.
Robert Bouchard III, 37, of Hudson, was indicted on a felony weapons charge. He allegedly possessed a sledgehammer as a deadly weapon on Aug. 23, 2024, despite a prior conviction for unlawful possession in August 2022.
Scott Brow, 47, of Nashua, was indicted on three felony charges related to the sale of fentanyl. He was accused of selling the drug to law enforcement on multiple occasions in April 2024.
Wayne Joseph Cameron, 58, of Nashua, faces a felony theft charge for allegedly taking control of a 2021 Cadillac XT4 without authorization on Sept. 30, 2024, in Hudson.
Michael Patrick McCarthy, 62, of Merrimack, was indicted for operating a vehicle while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Turkey Hill Road on Aug. 4, 2024, despite a habitual offender designation from the NH DMV in June 2022.
Paige Meara, 29, of Nashua, was charged with felony possession of fentanyl and clonazepam on Oct. 4, 2024. She had a prior drug-related conviction in November 2022.
Eric Mitchell, 40, of Hudson, was indicted on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession on Aug. 6, 2024.
William Newman, 25, of Nashua, was indicted on three felony charges for driving while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving in Brookline on multiple occasions in 2024 while out on bail for the same offense.
Katie Orne, 29, of Nashua, was indicted on four felony drug possession charges for fentanyl and crack cocaine on multiple dates in May and June 2024.
Christina Oquendo, 33, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was charged with felony possession of cocaine on Oct. 5, 2024, in Nashua.
These indictments stem from investigations by local law enforcement, and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The cases will proceed through the Hillsborough County Superior Court.
