WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. — Christopher Heredia Ramirez, 31, a fugitive from Pennsylvania, was arrested at Bradley International Airport on Monday in connection with felony theft charges.

Ramirez was wanted on a warrant issued by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office in Pennsylvania for his involvement in theft-related offenses. He was charged with being a fugitive from justice following his arrest at the airport.

Ramirez is being held on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 4 to address the charges. Authorities are working to facilitate his extradition back to Pennsylvania, where he faces the felony theft charges.
