Two snatchers were arrested by the UT police after an investigation into multiple thefts, including the recovery of three stolen mobile phones, two scooters, and a rickshaw.

The case began when Ashok Kumar of Sector 38 reported that his scooter had been stolen on February 24 near his residence. A case was filed at the Sector 39 police station, leading to an investigation.

The District Crime Cell (DCC) team identified and arrested the suspects, Ganesh, alias Kalu (19), and Dharmender, alias Mota (20), both residents of the Dhanas EWS Colony. Their arrests led to the recovery of the stolen items, including the mobile phones, scooters, and a rickshaw. The investigation continues as the police look into further details of the crime.
