ABILENE, Texas — A 20-year-old Abilene man, Masion Boyd, has been arrested in connection with a stabbing that occurred on Tuesday afternoon. Boyd is facing Aggravated Assault charges after allegedly stabbing another man multiple times.
According to the Abilene Police Department, officers responded to a call around 2:30 p.m. on Glen Haven Dr., where they found a man outside a residence suffering from multiple stab wounds. Witnesses at the scene reported that the altercation began as a verbal dispute between two men.
The victim was promptly transported to the hospital for treatment. While the victim’s name has not been released, authorities identified the suspect as Masion Boyd.
Boyd fled the scene but was located and arrested around 3 p.m. Tuesday. He is currently in custody, and further updates will be provided as the investigation continues.
