n connection with the murder of rowdy-sheeter Kadappa Sameer in Kallapu, police have arrested four individuals and intensified the search for a fifth suspect who is believed to have been injured during the sword attack.
The arrested individuals are identified as Mohammad Naushad (26) from Katipalla, Niyaz (23) from Natekal Sankesh, Tanveer alias Tannu (27) from Bajal Shantinagar, and Mohammad Iqbal (28) from Kapu Malar. They are accused of involvement in the brutal killing of Sameer, a well-known figure in the area.
The fifth accused, who remains absconding, is suspected to have been wounded during the attack and is currently evading capture. Police have launched an extensive search to locate him. According to investigators, Mohammad Naushad, who is the brother-in-law of Ilyas’s wife and a witness to Ilyas’s murder, is believed to be the mastermind behind Sameer’s killing.
The police are continuing their investigation and working to apprehend the remaining suspect while gathering more details about the motive behind the murder.
