Fall Creek Couple Arrested for Stealing Trailers in Eugene

Joshua and Kimberly Hemion face theft and motor vehicle charges after trailers were stolen from a storage facility

EUGENE, ORE. – A couple from Fall Creek, Joshua Adam Hemion, 46, and Kimberly Ann Hemion, 48, were arrested on January 14, after deputies from the Lane County Sheriff’s Office discovered that the two had stolen two trailers from a storage facility located in the 86200 block of College View Road in Eugene.

The investigation revealed that the Hemions, who were renting the trailers, took them along with their contents. Deputies secured a search warrant for a property in the 38800 block of Fall Creek, where they were able to recover both trailers and much of the stolen property.

The Hemions were taken into custody and booked at the Lane County Jail on multiple charges, including two counts of Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle, Theft in the First Degree, and Theft in the Second Degree. Additionally, Joshua Hemion was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest from the state of Washington.
