Miami-Dade Police arrested 37-year-old Eduardo Miguel Rivera-Paz for his involvement in the theft of $1.2 million worth of Samsung cell phones that arrived at Miami Airport. The theft was reported by a DHL Express corporate security officer on Friday after a container, initially filled with sandbags, arrived in Bogota.

Police investigated the crime by reviewing security camera footage, which led them to identify Rivera-Paz as a suspect. Officers located him at the DHL Express facility and arrested him on Sunday morning.
