Fevry Gentillon & Kerbert Jean Arrested for Rideshare Robberies

Two Men Posing as Rideshare Drivers Target Intoxicated Victims

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Two men were arrested in Miami Beach for allegedly posing as rideshare drivers and robbing intoxicated individuals in the Miami Beach Entertainment District.

Fevry Gentillon, 43, and Kerbert Jean, 56, are accused by the Miami Beach Police Department (MBPD) of targeting vulnerable victims, often using guns during the robberies. Detectives say the duo carried out multiple robberies on unsuspecting victims, preying on their intoxicated state.

The charges against the men include armed robbery, strong-arm robbery, kidnapping, attempted kidnapping, organized scheme to defraud, identity theft, unlawful possession of credit or debit cards, fraudulent use of credit cards, and third-degree grand theft. The suspects face multiple counts related to their criminal actions.
