The Vadodara City Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) has arrested a 47-year-old man who had been evading the law for 11 years for allegedly stealing two laptops from his roommate in 2014.
The accused has been identified as Sachin Masu Gaigawle. Using detailed technical surveillance, the police tracked him down to Thane District to the FIR registered at Fatehgunj Police Station in April 2014, Gaigawle was accused of allegedly stealing two laptops belonging to his roommate, which had gone missing in February 2014.
Police have confirmed that the accused was taken into custody and further legal proceedings are underway.
