HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Two women were arrested Wednesday for shoplifting at a Houston-area Target store, authorities said.
The incident occurred at the Target located at 1801 W. Bay Area Boulevard. Loss Prevention staff observed 21-year-old Olivia Barnett and 21-year-old Audrey Echols concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying.
Harris County Precinct 2 deputies detained the women, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted theft charges against both. Barnett and Echols were booked into Harris County Jail without further incident.
