PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Palm Beach County authorities reported the arrest of Nicholas Isaac Luttrell on Christmas Day in connection with multiple serious alleged offenses, according to records released by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Luttrell, identified in the report as a white male, was taken into custody on suspicion of grand theft of a motor vehicle, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and violation of probation. The arrest is documented under PBSO report number 537944.
Law enforcement officials did not release additional details regarding the circumstances that led to the arrest, including where the alleged incidents occurred, whether the charges stem from a single event, or if any injuries were reported. Authorities also did not indicate whether other suspects or victims may be involved.
Aggravated battery involving a deadly weapon is classified as a violent felony under Florida law and carries severe potential penalties if formally charged and upheld in court. Allegations of vehicle theft and probation violation may further increase Luttrell’s legal exposure, depending on the outcome of prosecutorial review.
Prosecutors are expected to evaluate the arrest report and related evidence to determine how the case will proceed.
As with all criminal cases, an arrest represents an allegation, not a finding of guilt. Luttrell is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
The Boca Raton Tribune will continue to monitor official records and provide updates as additional information becomes available.
