Delray Beach, Fla. — Police in Delray Beach arrested a man Wednesday morning on multiple charges related to burglary, theft, and identity fraud, according to the Delray Beach Police Department.

Authorities identified the suspect as Billy Graham Saintphard, who was taken into custody in connection with an incident involving the burglary of an unoccupied vehicle. Police allege Saintphard committed theft and was in possession of another person’s identifying information without authorization.

In addition to the property and fraud-related charges, officers say Saintphard was also charged with loitering and resisting an officer without violence during the encounter. The arrest is documented under report number 506118 by the Delray Beach Police Department.

Officials noted that crimes such as burglary, theft, and identity fraud are considered serious offenses under Florida law and may result in significant penalties if the suspect is convicted. Further details, including Saintphard’s criminal history, have not been released.

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with additional information related to the case to contact the Delray Beach Police Department. Police say the arrest highlights continued efforts to combat property crime and fraud in the community.
