ALBUQUERQUE — The Albuquerque Police Department’s Auto Theft Unit arrested three individuals early Thursday morning following a commercial burglary and large-scale vehicle theft at an auto dealership in Southeast Albuquerque.
Police said the incident occurred around 4:00 a.m. on January 15, 2026, at a dealership located at 300 Wyoming Blvd. SE. Investigators determined that suspects rammed the entrance gate, forced entry into the business, and stole approximately 40 vehicle key fobs, 80 vehicle titles, and seven vehicles from the lot.
Auto Theft detectives, working alongside Southeast Area field units, later located three of the stolen vehicles near 508 Pennsylvania St. SE, including a stolen trailer, a Toyota 4Runner, and a Chevrolet Malibu. Detectives observed suspects loading the stolen Malibu onto the trailer, which was being towed by the stolen 4Runner.
With assistance from APD Air Support, officers deployed spike belts near Wyoming Boulevard and Central Avenue, successfully disabling the vehicle. All three occupants were taken into custody without incident.
During the investigation, detectives recovered the stolen vehicle titles and key fobs from the 4Runner. The recovered property was returned to the dealership owner.
The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center:
Rodriquez Mackall, charged with three counts of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle, conspiracy, possession of methamphetamine, and receiving and transferring stolen property.
Kalvin Harvey, charged with receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and conspiracy.
Stephone Yarbrough, charged with receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle, conspiracy, and two outstanding felony warrants.
Police said the investigation remains ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
