The suspect, Arturo Lopez Vasquez, a White male, was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI causing damage or injury, operating a vehicle without a valid license (second offense), leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, and refusal to submit to DUI testing (subsequent offense). The arrest is documented under Report No. 516847 and was published at 5:05 a.m. on January 1, 2026.
